Website concepts, by trade
Design concepts made for owners around Palisades Park and Fort Lee — each shaped to its trade. Same hand, but a salon looks like a salon and a garage looks like a garage.
These are pre-sale concepts, so the real business names are kept private.

Steel and hi-vis — a garage you can rely on

The road to a license, drawn like a map

How it works
Instead of a pitch, the order is reversed. I build it first — payment comes last.
I build a demo first
I make your shop's website up front and show it to you. Looking costs nothing.
You like it, I finish it
If it feels right, I fill it in with your real photos and details and finish the real site.
See it live, then pay
You open the finished site for real, and you only pay once you're happy with it.
Show first, confirm live, pay last — the order is reversed on purpose. That's how I work.
Kyoung Kim
Designer · Studio Kyoung
A New Jersey neighbor who builds your shop a website
Hi — I'm Kyoung Kim, a web designer living in the Korean neighborhood here in New Jersey. I studied graphic design at RISD (the Rhode Island School of Design), and these days I work as a design engineer at a US fintech company. Even doing that work at a big company, it always bothered me that the owners in our own neighborhood didn't have a website to their name. I handle all of it myself — design, development, and looking after it — so you can hand it over as easily as asking a favor next door.
A few things owners ask
I already have a website — is that a problem?
Not at all. I move it over for you — the domain and the search presence you've built stay intact, no gap.
How is it maintained?
I manage it monthly, edits included. No contract. If you stop, I hand over all the files, and the site goes offline 30 days later.
Does it do online booking?
Yes. Customers book online without calling, it lands straight in your Google Calendar, and there's zero booking commission.
How much does it cost?
Two options — an info site is $500 to build plus $29/mo, and a booking site, where customers reserve online, is $1,200–1,500 plus $49/mo. Simple edits (photos, hours, wording) and hosting are included in the monthly; only a full redesign is separate. No contract, you pay after seeing it live, and the files stay yours if you ever stop.
